We carry a large selection of diamonds, which we can set in any one of our available settings of your choosing. We are pleased to make your custom jewelry orders. Please contact us for assistance with any custom or special orders that you may have. Custom ordered pieces can be returned within 30 days and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please note that only the Custom Jewelry will be subject to a 30% restocking see. The Diamonds set in the custom jewelry may be returned within 30 days without a stocking fee. Some items displayed on our site may sell before we are able to post a sale notification. If we are unable to fulfill your order for that reason, we will notify you personally and assist you in finding another item of equivalent value. 

It is possible that, despite our best efforts, system or other errors may cause our site to display erroneous information. We reserve the right to correct all errors as they occur. Subject to applicable consumer laws, we will not honor erroneous prices, and reserve the right to cancel orders placed for any items listed with either an incorrect price or an inaccurate description. Price fluctuations in the world wide diamond, gold, and platinum markets and other reasons beyond our control may cause our prices to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

The acceptance of any form of payment rests within the sole discretion of NetCarats. NetCarats reserves the right to reject any credit card payment due to irregularities encountered during the verification process, or for any other reason. NetCarats may limit acceptable forms of payment to certified check, or wire transfer in any transaction.

For orders shipped within the United States, all shipments are fully insured by us until they are delivered to you. For security reasons, we require a signature for all orders, regardless of any signature waivers that you may already have with FedEx. We will be happy to ship to an alternate address if you prefer, or if your billing address is a Post Office Box. If you are paying by credit card however, we must be able to verify that both addresses are on file with your credit card company. Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on all orders with a shipping address in Minnesota.

24Hour inspection policy

To that end, upon receipt of your complete order, you will have 24 hours to inspect your item(s) and inform us of any problems, defects, damage, or other unsatisfactory conditions that existed at the time of shipment. If you do not inform us of any such defect or condition within 24 hours, you will be deemed to have accepted your order as satisfactory and non-defective and will be responsible for any subsequent damage to your item(s). We regret that NetCarats cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs after your receipt.

Returns

We wish you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Subject to §1 ("Special & Custom Orders") and §7 herein ("Comparison Shopping"), we offer you a risk-free 30-day return policy. The item should be returned in its original condition, and be accompanied by all of its original documentation. Please read our Return Policy and Procedure. Your account will be credited once the return package has been received by us and examined by one of our gemologists. PLEASE NOTE: Each of our diamonds is accompanied by a Diamond Certificate prepared by an independent diamond grading laboratory, and which states the unique specifications of your diamond. Replacing a certificate is a lengthy and costly process. Every return must be accompanied by its original Diamond Certificate, or we will charge you a replacement fee.

We are fully committed to purchasing our diamonds through legitimate channels, and supporting the Kimberley Process. NetCarats sources its diamonds from the diamond manufacturers of Israel, Belgium, and India that are in compliance with the Kimberley Process.

The federal and state courts of the State of Minnesota shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such actions.

If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes in their entirety any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
