Is my Order Insured while in transit?
We are pleased to offer all our customers Insured Shipping within the United States. All shipments are insured by us while in transit, and will stay insured until you sign for your package. Prior to signing for your package, please examine your package for any damages or evidence of tampering. If there is any damage or evidence of tampering please contact us immediately at 1-866-387-4134.


When will my Order be shipped?
Every effort is made to process and ship out all orders received before 3:00 pm EST the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST are shipped the following business day. We will start processing your Order as soon as we receive it. However, it is not always feasible for us to finish processing your order, and ship out your package on the same day. However, please be assured that every effort is made to get you your package as quickly as possible.


Can I ship to an Alternate Address?
We are aware that sometimes you may want your package shipped to an alternate address. Whether it is to plan a surprise, or due to signature requirements we are happy to accommodate your request to ship to an alternate address. For your security and to protect you from fraud, we will check for the alternate shipping address on your Credit Card Company's file. For security reason, we will not ship to a Post Office Box. Lastly, if you are not available to be present at the delivery time or are unable to have the package delivered to your home or office, we are able to ship the package to the FedEx location or the U.S. Post Office closest to you. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@netcarats.com or at 1-866-387-4134 if you would like the package shipped to a FedEx or USPS location closest to you.

Shipping Options

NetCarats will ship your Order Free of charge, insured to you. Every effort is made to ship out Orders to customers as quickly as possible.

All of our Orders are shipped free either via FedEx, or via USPS priority mail. In most cases you will receive your Order within 48 hours of it being shipped. Orders can be shipped on an overnight priority basis by FedEx for Saturday delivery for a shipping charge of $35.

Shipment to APOs and MSPs

All orders to APOs and MSPs are shipped via USPS and may take up to 10 business days.

How do I know my Order has been shipped?

After your package has been shipped, we will send you an email at the email address your provided us when you placed your Order. The email will inform you that your Order has been shipped, when you should expect to receive it, as well as a tracking number that will allow you to track your package while it is in transit. Please email us at customerservice@netcarats.com at anytime if you want information on your package, and we will respond to you promptly.

What packaging do I get with my Order?

Your jewelry Order will be shipped in either a wooden Jewelry box, or a black leatherette jewelry box which is packaged inside another NetCarats box. Your Order of Loose Diamonds and Engagement Rings will be packaged and shipped in a NetCarats lacquered wood jewelry box, which is then placed in another box.

All Certified Jewelry Orders will be accompanied by a Grading Certificate. All Orders over $500 are accompanied by a Free Appraisal.

Can my package be Gift Wrapped?
